What you'll do
- Oversee daily warehouse and planning operations
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of planners and warehouse staff
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement
- Resolve operational escalations and bottlenecks
- Report on performance to management
What we're looking for
- 3+ years of experience in a logistics operations or team-lead role
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Data-driven and comfortable with KPI reporting
- Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
