What you'll do
- Answer customer questions by phone and email about shipments
- Track and trace orders and proactively flag delays
- Coordinate with planning and warehouse teams to solve issues
- Process bookings and update customers on status changes
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
What we're looking for
- 1+ years of customer service experience, logistics is a plus
- Excellent spoken and written English and Dutch
- Calm under pressure and solution-oriented
- Comfortable with CRM and order-management systems
What we offer
- Salary between €2,400 and €2,900 gross per month
- 32-40 hours per week, flexible scheduling
